• Access to VJ (Video Jockey) translated content

3. User Accounts

4.2 Payment Terms

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Payment Methods: We accept Airtel Money for all payments
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days notice

4.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team at support@lugandamovies.com for refund requests.

4.4 Free Trial

We may offer free trials for new subscribers. You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content on Luganda Movies, including but not limited to:

• Movies and TV shows
• Luganda translations and voiceovers
• Graphics, logos, and designs
• Text, images, and videos
• Software and code

is owned by Luganda Movies or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and view content for personal, non-commercial use
• Stream content on authorized devices
• Download content where explicitly permitted

5.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Share your account credentials
• Circumvent technical protection measures

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Upload malicious code or viruses

Premium subscribers may have reduced or no advertisements.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUGANDA MOVIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

19.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

19.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
